Please be advised of upcoming temporary lane occupancies on the Red Hill Valley Parkway between Mud Street and Greenhill Avenue for guide rail repairs.

Where:

Red Hill Valley Parkway southbound off-ramp to Mud Street and Upper Red Hill Valley Parkway (map). The ramp to Mud Street will be temporarily closed to complete a guide rail repair. Once completed, work will begin on the following location:

Red Hill Valley Parkway northbound off-ramp to Mud Street (map). The left shoulder will be temporarily closed to complete a guide rail repair. Work will encroach into Lane 1 (north side curb lane), but the ramp will remain open at all times throughout the repair. Once completed, work will begin on the following location:

Red Hill Valley Parkway northbound between Mud Street and Greenhlll Avenue (map). The northbound left shoulder and Lane 1 northbound will be temporarily closed approximately 1.1 kilometres south of Greenhill Avenue to complete a guide rail repair.

When: Thursday, March 5^th, 2026, between 9 AM and 3 PM

This work is dependent on the weather.  

Expect minor delays through this area during operations.

In an effort to complete works called for under C13-39-24, the contractor, Insituform Ltd., will be working on Aubrey Avenue during the evening hours.

Although some preparatory work will be performed by regular work hours, additional works are scheduled for the night of: Friday February 27, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Saturday February 28, 2026. In the event of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled to the following working day.

Please be advised of an upcoming temporary lane occupancy on Upper Centennial Parkway between Highland Road East and Mud Street East for installation of a new box culvert.

When: Thursday, February 19^th, 2026, to Wednesday, February 25^th, 2026

Two-way traffic will be maintained

As per the Escarpment Closure procedure, please be advised of a planned closure on the Mud Street on-ramp to the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway.

Friday, February 6^th from 9am to 3pm for guide rail repairs. The right shoulder will be temporarily closed and the merge lane of the Upper Red Hill Valley Parkway will need to be shortened and encroached upon to complete the repair. Delays are expected.
