The City of Hamilton’s first online engagement survey related to Corporate Asset Management was launched January 25, 2022. The feedback we receive from this survey will be used to gauge levels of satisfaction with the City’s core assets (roads, bridges, culverts, drinking water, wastewater, storm-water).
We will use the data collected to support the development and execution of the City’s Corporate Asset Management Strategy. It will help us to make more informed and data driven decisions on plans for future levels of service to meet the community’s needs.
This survey will be open to the public until February 18, 2022. Upon the completion of this survey, Council and members of the community can expect additional similar surveys on the City’s other important assets in the coming months and years.
The survey can be found here: https://engage.hamilton.ca/roadswaterservices
