Upcoming Temporary Lane Occupancy – Upper Red Hill Valley Parkway On-ramp to Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway

Please be advised of an upcoming temporary lane occupancy on the Mud Street on-ramp to the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway for guide rail repairs.

Where: Mud Street on-ramp to Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway (map): Tuesday, March 10^th from 9am to 3pm for guide rail repairs. The repair will take place in the Upper Red Hill Valley Parkway merge lane onto Mud Street/Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway, which will require a temporary closure of the Upper Red Hill Valley Parkway on-ramp. Traffic will be able to access the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway via Mud Street at all times. The on-ramp will re-open once the repair has been completed. Delays are expected.

When: Tuesday, March 10^th, 2026, between 9 AM and 3 PM
